Jon-Eric-Greene

Jon-Eric is President of Greene Property Group and Senior Vice President at Colliers Monroe Friedlander in Honolulu. Greene Property Group is a real estate brokerage and development firm with both commercial and residential development projects in the Western United States.  Jon-Eric represents many of the nation’s top retailers with their real estate needs including strategic planning, site selection, acquisition and store development, and is actively working with clients in Hawaii, California and the Inter-Mountain Region.  With over 20 years experience within the shopping center industry, Jon-Eric excels in technical areas including real estate law, finance, project design and planning. He has completed more than 500 commercial transactions totaling over $1 Billion and is regarded as one of the top retail property specialists in the Western United States.  Current retail clients include:  24 Hour Fitness, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond, California Pizza Kitchen, David’s Bridal, GameStop, The Gap / Old Navy, Longs Drug Stores/CVS, PetSmart, Ross Dress For Less, The Sports Authority, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, and Wal-Mart / Sam’s Club.  Current developer clients include: DeBartolo Development, Robertson Properties Group and Territory Incorporated.

Jon-Eric was raised in Aspen, Colorado and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder.  He currently resides in Park City, with his wife Amanda and their three daughters.  In addition to his participation on the Park City Education Foundation Board, Jon-Eric is President and Chair of the Park City Ski Education Foundation.
