Assessment

The Park City Education Foundation Assessment Committee is comprised of PCEF staff and board members, school administrators and teachers and volunteers from throughout the community. The purpose of the committee is to track the progress of certain programs and share these evaluations with the school district and community. From this information, PCEF and PCSD can see how money invested in the schools benefits our students.

The Committee provided three areas of information collection over the past school year: 1. Tracking the progress of eight programs – three currently funded by PCEF; three formerly funded by PCEF and two funded by other sources – throughout the Park City School District; 2. Collecting statistics and scores for the overall health of the district, and 3. Investigating school districts around the country with similar demographics to use as “benchmarks” for PCSD.
